Ok
so today’s the day!! To be more
exact, today is the Month!! I am
making my health a priority and decided to seek drastic measures… so today is
the first day of my 30-day fast.
For
the next 30 days I will forgo chewing.
I will be juicing vegetables and fruits to acquire necessary
nutrients. My intention is to
break my unhealthy programmed eating and lifestyle habits that once helped me
through a hard time. I have no
need for them any longer. I seek
healthy living now. And today I
celebrate the opportunity to do just that.
In
preparation for today and this month’s transformation I have been working on
the mental programming. It has
been working better than I thought.
I have begun to really have no desire for the foods that provide little
or no nutritional value.
I
must admit I was a little surprised at how easy it was to begin the
re-programming. I must also admit
that it got in the way of my last weekend to bid farewell to those foods that
once brought me comfort. I wanted
to eat them for one last time… I wanted to give them a proper goodbye. I wanted to thank them for helping me
through a once difficult time in my life and explain that I no longer needed
their help. I needed to break up
with the food that had become a bad relationship.
But
my brain became my biggest supporter.
Every food I attempted to eat was met with distaste. Pizza tasted sour. Chinese was super salty. Fast food? Had to get it out of my car because the smell made breathing
difficult (I can actually smell it as I write this- ewwwww).
My
farewell feast did not go as planned but I am even more excited and confident
in my decision to embark on this fast.
I have never felt more ready for anything. I am wide open to this healthy transformation.
How
will I do it? Quite frankly I will be using everything I have learned about the
brain and programming. I have
never juiced (seriously anyway).
This program for me is a mental transformation. The fast is just how I intend to break
my barriers… my old thinking. It
just doesn’t work for me anymore.
I have created a different life and the abuse of food and lack of love
for myself isn’t a part of what I have created… so, no food. No chewing. I will be juicing vegetables and fruit and drinking water in
between. I am even getting blood
work every 10 days to see how my body changes. I AM SOOO EXCITED!
I
am prepared for the detox. I am
prepared for the social challenges.
I will be mediating and practicing self-hypnosis. I am in the vibration of my healthy
self and am attracting such.
So
with my morning meditation complete and my gratitude intensified, I am headed
for the juicer. I appreciate your
support. Sending Love.

So as I become aware of how to affect the speed of
manifestation, I begin a new phase.
My old responses to the changes I am working on are weaker now. They pop up and I can pretty quickly
replace them with whatever I have decided is a healthier response. I am choosing responses to use when
those old thoughts surface. These
are my new “go-to” thoughts.
For the past several years I have transformed my
mindset. My spiritual and core
beliefs have been tested, changed, been tested again and reinforced. I feel good often. I feel good most often. As a part of this transformation my
purpose has not only become defined but is constantly connected to the
knowledge that I am both influencing and being influenced by my world, our
world.
SO with my purpose being trusted and utilized, I now feel it
is time to work on my health. This
is an area of myself that has, up till now, taken a backseat on my ride through
awakening. But, the time has come
to see what a healthy body AND mind can create.
So I am embarking upon a health quest. I will be using everything I have
learned about energy and thoughts.
I will be aware of any old programming in my head that might hold me
back and I will continue being grateful for each moment of this journey. I also have the aid of a fabulous human and trainer, Teddy Sibblies who is committed to spreading health and positive living to all.
My intention for sharing
this part of my journey is the same as everything else I share. I hope to inspire and inform as I
continue to test and manifest. I
am hoping to be connected with you through this phase… I also look forward to
sharing my before and afters, but in the meantime lets dive into this moment
and just be healthy. Much Love.

I want to discuss energy. A while back I use to play with the idea of it- I imagined it radiating from me like a tutu. If I was in a good vibe it would be flowy or fluffy, maybe soft pink or white...sometimes if I was angered or upset it would look like sharp black spikes shooting out from all around me.
I would go to the grocery store and play with energy. I would stand at the end of an aisle and look at the people shopping on that aisle as I'd make mine very strong. I would feel and imagine positive rays shooting out from me and then I would walk down the aisle pretty slowly.
The experience was so amazing. I could "see" my energy mixing with theirs... I would consciously radiate mine into theirs. Then they would smile at me and I would smile and walk by.
I know this sounds crazy but it is not much different than when you walk into a room where the air feel tense, or you feel a connection with someone across the room. Energy is all around us; we send it, we receive it, we mix it and we attract it. It is everywhere. It is what keeps us connected and pushes us away.
I began to pick out my tutu as I picked out my clothes in the morning. I learned that choosing your energy is best done first thing in the morning, before any negative can mix into yours easily.
Since that time my experience with energy has expanded. The tutu isn't there anymore ; ). It is now something I see on everyone, covering them like ivy on a beautiful building or a like an extra layer of us that surrounds our whole being.
I don't usually have to know what's going on in your day to know how you are feeling based on your energy. You can do the same. Have you ever felt someone's energy?
This is WHY it matters... if you have felt someone's energy, odds are YOUR energy can be felt too. That is what I refer to when I speak of sending love. I am sending MUCH love most of the time. That love is the energy I hope you feel. It radiates from me. It is how I would like to connect with every person and experience that I am grateful to have- with my love, my positive energy.
What energy are you sending? What energy do you want others to feel? What energy feels best on you? If you aren't sure, ask yourself how people respond to you. How do others act around you? How do YOU feel?
Pick it out tomorrow morning, when you pick out your clothes. Put on the energy that feels the best and allows others to be affected by it. Allow YOURSELF to be affected by it. From my tutu to yours... sending Much Love.

Today I wanted to share that the thought of tomorrow excites me. What excites me the most about tomorrow is that I am now certain- free of doubt- that my tomorrow is a product of today. This may seem like something you've heard before but I'm talking a bit more consciously ; )
You see, every day we wake with more time. Each day provides for us the opportunity to think, to act and to do- to create our life. What we do with that time directly and indirectly creates our world.
More and more people all over the globe are understanding and using this information to more consciously steer their lives in any way they can imagine it. You just have to be open enough to try.
Just try try and improve whats been bothering you. Just try to see past your current circumstances and begin to dream again. To dig inside and uncover the magic that has been inside of you the whole time.
I tried. I opened myself up to this idea... and then I began to FEEL better. So then of course I did it more... I began using the affirmation, "I attract and am surrounded by like-minded people", even though 98% of the people in my life thought I was just nuts ; ) Looking back I can see how they thought I was nuts. For me though, it was the chance of something better that made it worth the risk of finding out if I was right or indeed, just nuts.
Let me tell you that magical things are happening. They've been happening all along but I was programmed to believe that magic and greatness were for someone else... someone maybe famous or ridiculously smart. The secret I have really learned is that it IS in you. It IS in me.
We each have the option to just try and believe or not to. If you don't its ok... you will not have to risk improving anything in your life or risk experiencing fabulous new opportunities... it can just keep going and going, headed in the direction it already has been steered in...but remember that today, right this minute, you are creating your tomorrow too, whether you try it or not. Much Love.

As a master certified clinical hypnotherapist I have become an expert at visualizing, specifically when used during progression. I do this on myself, with clients and friends and most anyone interested.
During a session this past year, just a few months ago, I saw myself boarding a plane with my daughter. I noticed that we were both dressed very well and seemed to be going somewhere important. It felt good. I do progression pretty frequently and each time the images are so clear that I remember them without effort.
I mention this particular visualization because just a few days ago as I buckled my seat belt on a Continental Airlines flight, I realized I had done it… I manifested my experience. There I sat dressed in my suit with my daughter sitting next to me. We were flying from New Jersey to Florida where I was the scheduled guest speaker for a very fabulous freshman college class of 80 students.
I am very conscious of how we manifest. I work with people everyday on the subject. I have witnessed as I continue to shape my life into an endless journey of all things positive and real. I am in control of my thoughts. I am generating an overflow of positive vibrations, I am aware of each action I take (by either doing something or not) and I am loving the results I am creating.
I am grateful. I am radiating love and I am open to receive all that my mind can indeed conceive. I wish the same for you. Much Love.

Recently while driving to a new location in an unfamiliar
area, I was surprised to find that the exit I was supposed to take was
closed. A quick moment of panic
went through me… “Oh my god how am I going to get to my appointment? Am I going to be late?” These thoughts
quickly ran through my mind as I passed the exit I was planning on taking to my
destination.
But then my navigation did something fabulous. Instead of shutting down or turning off
or malfunctioning, it read, “REROUTING”.
It took only a few seconds for a new set of directions that led me to my
destination and relief came over me as I laughed out loud. It dawned on me that I was never in jeopardy
of not making it to my destination; As long as I continued I would get there.
So I ask, how good is your navigation system? We all have one… it doesn’t matter if
you have thought about it or not, something drives us to think, act and believe
what we do. We say what we say and
react how we react because of the system we have built over the years.
Sometimes we can’t get there how we planned but we can allow
ourselves to REROUTE us whenever is necessary. We each have this system. We each have the capability to set our goal and see to it
that we get there without malfunctioning.
REROUTING is a gift. It is
another way. It is an
alternative. It is one step closer
to the destination in which a different experience can be had and your
destination can be reached.
Play with this idea today. When something doesn’t go as you wish it would try not to
let your outdated navigation system let you react or continue as you did in the
past. Allow yourself to take a few
seconds and REROUTE. Keep your
thoughts on your goal or your destination and know that there is ALWAYS another
way. Much Love.

THE UNCONSCIOUS MIND
Unlike the Conscious mind, the Unconscious mind never
rests. From the time we are born, the information our
senses collect and interpret gets stored here. It is the storage room of thought. Every experience we have had is here. You may not remember what happened to
you on the first day of sixth grade, but its there in your unconscious
mind.
This is important information to understand because it
explains for us why we are each so different and why perhaps, it has been difficult
to understand why others do or say or think or believe what they do. Each one of us is made up of different
interpretations of experience. This is very important because it
defines who we are right now by what we have collected, interpreted and
stored. You are simply a sum of
your experiences; everything you have liked is stored, everything you don’t is
stored. These become your personal
truths, your reasons for why you think and believe what you do. Understanding this is huge because it
allows you to see every person as nothing more than the sum of their
interpreted experiences. In a
sense, we are each walking around with different programming. Realizing this takes away the “who is ‘right’”
and “who is ‘wrong’”. Once this is
achieved, miraculous things happen.
Once you start seeing the world and the people in it as sums of their
personal experience, it allows you to remove any guilt, resentment, and
anger. Removing who is right
and who is wrong allows for better communication, more understanding and better
results n everything you do.
Think of something that someone has said or done to make you
feel guilty or angry or disappointed.
Now think of that person as a sum of their personal
experience. Their actions were
provoked by their belief system, by their experience. You may not know their personal experience, but you can be
assured it was not the same as yours.
What do you know about their personal
experience that might tell them that their beliefs/thoughts/actions involved
are right?
Look at your reaction to or expectations of that
person. Do you see what in your
experience would tell you to feel guilty or angry or disappointed?
Does this change how you feel? See both sides as truth to the person. Take away who is right or wrong. How could this awareness rid you of the
negativity you have spent here?

If you have any siblings or friends from long ago, ask them
about an event that you shared.
What you will find is that your stories are different. Even if you shared the exact same
experience, your approach or view had to be different based on this
philosophy. Let’s say for example
that one of my siblings got very sick around Christmas because of an allergy to
the Christmas tree. How could our
experience be the same? Maybe my
favorite part of the day was to decorate the tree and maybe that was a
nightmare to him. Because of this, both have a very different “same” experience
and both have very good reason for why they do.
You may have heard the saying, “You are what you
think.” I don’t believe that. I believe you are what you have thought.
I can thank Bob Proctor, Rev. Beckwith and Jack Canfield for that
valuable insight from their fabulous program, The Secret Science of Getting Rich. It is a powerful suggestion, don’t you agree? You are not what you think, but what
you have thought. Most of us go
through life on auto-pilot, not consciously thinking about what we think. Amazing to think this is what is
creating who we are.
So how do we build this storage room of thought? Why are we all so different? It starts with our parents. Parents are usually the first ones in
our lives to build this structure.
Our identity is started with some sort of label. Were you the pretty one? The athlete? The complainer?
The troublemaker? Were you
smart? Funny? Stupid? Lazy? These labels helped define who we were.
Better yet, they helped define who we thought
we were. (Before using this
as a moment to blame your parents, I suggest you understand that the same is
true for them. Their identity was
started by their parents and so on.)

Then we went off to school and mixed with our peers. We made friends based on shared common
beliefs. The “smart” kids hung out
together as did the “athletes” and the “troublemakers”. The connection in our thought process
that began with who we thought we were was reinforced with our friends. The activities we did with our friends
reinforced that label even more. On playgrounds around the world there are
groups of children finding peers that share the same perception of
themselves. Maybe playing football
with your peers helped “prove” you were athletic. Perhaps your friends didn’t play any sports or do any
activities, reinforcing how lazy you were. The debate team certainly helped those kids at least APPEAR
smart. What were you a part of
growing up? What was your “label”?
Throughout our lives we have been exposed to media. Media is another way of reinforcing who
we think we are, what we like and what we believe. Media comes in many forms: music, TV, movies, books,
magazines, Internet and more. I am
a big fan of the media. Media, in
one form or another, has inspired me every single day for the past few
years. Before that I was
influenced. There is a
difference. I
consciously choose what I allow to enter my brain. I do not listen or watch or read anything that does not
inspire me. If it doesn’t feel
good, I don’t partake in it. In
fact, I am so sensitive to this now that I can hear things that are intended to
be negative or scary or just bad from across a room. When I do I usually leave. I don’t want to allow it to connect to anything in my
brain.
So what are you
reinforcing in your life right now? What do you watch/ listen to in the morning? How does it make you feel? What do you watch or listen to at night? How does it make you feel? What magazines and/or books do you read? How do they make you feel? What kind of movies do you enjoy watching? How do they make you feel? What music do you listen to? How does it make you feel? Where do you spend most of your time online? How does it make you feel?
All of your answers can either be an influence or a source
of inspiration. Do you feel
inspired? Do you feel inspired by
the reinforcement you are choosing in your life? Media is a perfect tool for us to use to feel fabulous. Doing so does require, however, that
you think about how you are feeling about the information you are gathering
with your senses.
I am a true lover of music. It plays when I wake, when I work and usually when I
sleep. It wasn’t until after
I found a bunch of Cd’s in an old box that I noticed how stages of my journey
were marked by music. I knew just
where I was in my life by each Cd I looked at. There was some sad music, some angry music (thank you
Alanis) and lots of songs I would sing with the intention of trying to
motivate, inspire or just make myself feel good.
So ask yourself what you are reinforcing in your life. Look closely at all of the information
you are gathering and see how you are interpreting it. Joe Vitale in his book, The Attractor Factor, tells the readers
to ask themselves what they complain about. How fabulous! How simple yet revealing. It shows exactly how you are
interpreting that thing. Ask
yourself that question and then buy his book. It will be needed for the growth you are experiencing.
Make a list about what you complain about. If you can’t think of anything ask your
friends and family. They know what
you complain about. And consider
this your goodbye list. This is
not to reinforce what you are thinking. It is to make you AWARE of what you are
thinking and how you are thinking.
So I ask you, do you like what you are reinforcing? If not, no worries. You are after all only what you have
thought… Much love.
