I have been working for more than a couple of years on how the brain works in relation to processing, effect and readjustment of input. Simply put my findings have been this: The distance between where you are and where you would like to be depends greatly on how you begin thinking about it. You see,
how you think about things is very important. It relates to every single thing in your world. You can't think something without thinking about it... and your thoughts provide a feeling. When you think about something you generate a feeling about it.
We can control our thoughts. It is not difficult or scary or anything else negative. It is liberating and fabulously freeing to not accept any negative attachment to what you think about. It is a possibillity for every single person to think more positively and reap the rewards of doing so.
We can direct our thoughts all day long. We do even though most of us are unaware of it. We say we want certain things to happen but we think it will be too difficult or we think someone deserves it more or hold blame on another... We say we want to make changes to improve our lives but then we think its just too hard or that maybe things aren't so bad as they are. We say we want to finish a project or start a new routine but we think why do I always procrastinate? Why is everything always so difficult?
The distance between where you are and where you would like to be depends greatly on how you begin thinking about it. Be aware of how you think about what you think about. You may have to read that sentence again so here it is... Be aware of how you think about what you think about.

If you have any experience or exposure to the law of attraction, this may come down to what you put out comes back... what you give you attract. The law is the same regardless of
how you think of it. I promise that if you begin to change
how you think about what you want or what you want to achieve or do or be, that you will get or achieve or do or be something other than you are right now. It is that simple.
My intention is to help as many people out of negative thinking and circumstances as possible. I once lived in a very dark place and now am filled with gratitude and love every single second of the day. Much love to you and yours at the conclusion of this year. Be aware. Be joyful. Be grateful. Much love.
